Efficient conversion from CommuniCare

If your practice has decided to move on from CommuniCare of Testra Health for any reason, to Best Practice or Medical Director or other Cloud-based application, ScriptSoft can help take the stress out of converting your practice. Our highly trained developers and conversion specialists are familiar with medical software and will ensure your conversion is completed accurately, with the utmost care. With the ScriptSoft conversion tools, we can take your existing CommuniCare database and convert it to any of our destination software packages. We coordinate with your IT team to setup the  specialist data conversion PC to your practice and perform the conversion onsite so that your data never leaves your practice. We can also perform the final conversion over a weekend so there is minimal downtime and minimal fuss for your practice.

During this conversion, we can also merge and split your existing practice software database to include, remove or add practitioners from separate databases or practices. Please get in touch to discuss your exact needs.

Once we have completed the initial conversion, you can log into our PC and test Best Practice to see what YOUR data looks like in the new package and confirm that everything has been transferred as required. Once you are happy with the initial conversion, we can then book in a Go Live conversion and perform an update to the data over a weekend in preparation for you to start using the new package.
